  2. NRO is a text formatting utility.  Documentation is in NRO.NRO.
  3. The manual page macros are in AN.NRO and ANS.NRO.  If you have a
  4. printer that can print in 132 column mode, then formatting with
  5. the ANS.NRO macros will make the output fit in IBM size D ring
  6. binders; otherwise just use the AN.NRO macros. Example:

  8.     nro -man.nro nro.nro >nro.doc
  9.  
  10. will cause nro.doc to be generated for a normal 80 column printer.
  11.  
  12.     nro -mans.nro nro.nro >prn
  13.  
  14. will use the 132 column style and cause output to appear on the printer.
  15. You must set the printer to 132 with MODE YOURSELF!
  16.  
  17. Skeleton.Nro is the standard "manual page" entry format.  I plan
  18. to make this package available via the Capitol PC group, and
  19. hopefully this format will become standard.

  21. This program has not been extensively used or tested in the
  22. MS-DOS incarnation; please relay all bug reports to me, and I
  23. will contact the author.
